Responsibilities & Missions
- You ensure the day-to-day corporate governance of Luxembourg fund vehicles and oversee the annual accounts' approval process, ensuring flawless operational compliance and establishing yourself as a highly reliable expert in the market.
- You drive the establishment of fund vehicles and handle incorporation and marketing formalities, immersing you in complex M&A and structuring environments that rapidly accelerate your technical proficiency.
- You organize and coordinate board meetings for high-stakes fund closings while drafting written resolutions and proxies, which hones your commercial mindset and gives you outstanding client exposure.
- You liaise with internal counsel, notaries, and service providers for the execution of legal documentation and notarial deeds, strengthening your portable business network and granting you true operational autonomy.
- You coordinate AML/KYC onboarding requirements and maintain investor documentation in collaboration with compliance teams, protecting the firm from regulatory risks while broadening your expertise in fund operations.
Profile
- A Master's degree in Law, ideally focusing on corporate law, with Luxembourg experience being a great asset.
- Around 5 years of experience in an AIFM, corporate legal, or regulated financial services environment.
- Fluency in French and English, allowing you to confidently manage cross border transactions and negotiate effectively.
- A very good command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with corporate databases and document management systems.
- An appetite for artificial intelligence and legal tech, with a readiness to champion innovative solutions for knowledge sharing.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing multiple deadlines independently, paving the way for exciting career evolution and leadership opportunities within our growing structure.
