As an Advisor Analyst, you will join the Investment Solutions team and report directly to the Head of Investment Solutions. You will work alongside advisors, portfolio managers and product specialists, contributing to client proposals, investment research and strategic projects while continuously expanding your technical expertise.
Your Role
As an Advisor Analyst, you will support the Investment Solutions team through a broad range of responsibilities, including:
- Assisting in the preparation and updating of investment proposals for clients
- Collecting and maintaining product documentation, including KIDs, factsheets and other investment materials
- Collaborating with advisors, portfolio managers and product specialists to gather relevant investment information
- Conducting research on financial markets, investment products and competitors
- Preparing reports, presentations and documentation supporting the bank's investment strategy
- Participating in investment committees and governance meetings while helping organise related activities
- Maintaining internal databases and ensuring information remains accurate and up to date
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives, including workflow optimisation and automation of repetitive tasks
- Ensuring all documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field
- A first experience in banking, investment advisory or financial services is considered an advantage
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with financial data
- Genuine interest in financial markets and investment products
- Strong willingness to learn and develop within investment advisory
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent Portuguese and English are mandatory
- French is considered an asset
- Detail-oriented, proactive and eager to build a long-term career in private banking
