POSTE

Your missions

Ensure the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements while staying current on governance best practices.
Organize and facilitate board and committee meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, and maintaining accurate minutes.
Safeguard and manage corporate records, ensuring timely and compliant corporate filings.
Act as the primary liaison between the board, management, shareholders, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
Provide strategic advice on governance matters, supporting the development and execution of corporate strategies.
Promote ethical conduct and corporate responsibility by developing and implementing relevant policies.
Implement governance, compliance, and responsibility training programs for the board and senior management.
Develop and manage crisis management plans for governance and compliance issues, offering guidance during crises and leading post-crisis evaluations.
Align corporate governance with the company's strategic objectives, monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
Oversee governance practices across global operations, ensuring international compliance and standardized processes.


PROFIL

Your profile
Experience:
Junior: less than 2 years in a relevant role.
Middle: 3 to 5 years in a relevant role.
Legal and Corporate Expertise: Extensive legal and corporate knowledge, with the flexibility to occasionally manage reception duties.
Presentation Skills: Skilled in PowerPoint and Canva, with the ability to create high-quality presentations.
Initiative and Precision: Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy;
Dynamic and Versatile: Energetic and adaptable, capable of handling diverse tasks and responsibilities.
Language Skills: Fluency in English and French is a valuable asset.
