Data Governance and Master Data Manager

The role is to lead AIS data governance, acting as a Product Owner for data and process improvements. The role ensures data is AI-ready and audit-compliant by driving clarity on golden sources, reducing duplication, and enhancing data quality and lifecycle management.

Your role:

  • Establish and manage the governance cadence (RACI, policies, change control).

  • Maintain domain charters and define the target data architecture for AI/Analytics.

  • Lead golden record management and survivorship rules and define system source‑of‑truth standards.

  • Build and monitor data quality controls (completeness, validity, consistency, timeliness, uniqueness).

  • Implement and monitor data quality controls (completeness, validity, consistency, timeliness, uniqueness) and automate remediation where possible.

  • Standardize data input quality across Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Demasy, Fenergo, Investran, Depowise, Client Portal, Power BI, and other key systems.

  • Serve as the primary contact for governance/MDM topics with Risk, Legal/DPO, Service Lines, IT, and PMO.

  • Ensure metadata, catalog, and lineage are continuously captured, maintained, and supported through appropriate tooling in collaboration with IT.

  • Standardize reference data and onboarding playbooks to reduce duplication and manual re‑entry.

  • Define data ownership and standards, reducing staff rework and improving master data reliability to support the One‑Stop‑Shop client experience.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Data/Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; fluency in English required, French/German a strong asset.

  • Solid experience in Master Data Management (golden source, match/merge, survivorship, reference data governance).

  • Experience working with Dynamics 365 CE, SharePoint, Demasy, Power BI, and Line-of-Business applications such as Fenergo, Investran, and Depowise

  • Hands-on expertise with data quality frameworks, including rule definition, monitoring, scorecards, and remediation workflows.

  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects in collaboration with PMO and IT teams.

  • Solution oriented,  pragmatic and empathetic communicator with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and effectively;
