Test Validation Technician | M/W/X | South Luxembourg

Profile
- Minimum Bac +2 / Associate Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or similar
- Familiar with test equipment: climatic chambers, DMMs, power supplies, oscilloscopes, generators, etc.
- Good knowledge of industrial electrical standards
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English (French and/or German are a plus)
Key Responsibilities
- Execute validation test setups (electrical & mechanical) and ensure proper test follow-up
- Support equipment planning, calibration, and maintenance
- Apply and improve safety rules and laboratory standards
- Be responsible for test setup and execution
- Use and maintain automated monitoring systems to ensure test compliance
- Operate peripheral systems (load racks, harnesses, chillers, HV racks, test fixtures, etc.)
- Follow calibration and preventive/reactive maintenance programs
- Ensure safety guidelines are always respected
- Manage and document raw test data
- Contribute to continuous improvement of validation equipment and processes
