Senior Tax Compliance – Work Closely With Management
We are currently supporting a long-established Luxembourg fiduciary in the recruitment of a Senior Tax Officer to strengthen its Tax department. Your Responsibilities | Tax – Finance – VAT – Transfer Pricing – Manager – Tax Compliance
- You will review corporate tax and VAT returns prepared by the accounting teams, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg tax legislation and internal quality standards.
- You will act as a technical reference for colleagues by providing guidance on complex tax matters and sharing your expertise with the wider team.
- You will collaborate closely with the Head of Tax on challenging client files, tax analyses, and the implementation of best practices within the department.
- You will monitor legislative developments and assess their impact on both clients and internal procedures, ensuring the firm's tax practices remain fully up to date.
- You will participate in the preparation of tax advice and support the resolution of complex issues relating mainly to SOPARFIs, holdings, and other commercial or financial entities.
- You will maintain relationships with tax authorities and other external stakeholders whenever required and contribute to delivering a high level of service to clients.
Profile and Career Path | Tax – Finance – VAT – Transfer Pricing – Manager – Tax Compliance
- You have between four and eight years of experience in Luxembourg taxation, ideally gained within a fiduciary, a corporate service provider, or a similar financial environment.
- You possess strong technical knowledge of Luxembourg corporate taxation, particularly regarding commercial companies, SOPARFIs, holdings, and other financial structures.
- You are fluent in both French and English, enabling you to work efficiently with an international client base. Knowledge of German will be considered a significant advantage.
- You are comfortable reviewing the work of others, identifying technical issues, and providing constructive guidance when necessary.
- You are recognized for your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage responsibilities independently while working collaboratively.

- You will receive a gross annual salary of up to €80,000, depending on your experience, technical expertise, and language skills.
