Our client is an internationally established financial services group with a long-standing presence in Luxembourg. As part of its continued development, the Fund Administration department is looking to recruit an experienced Manager to support its growing portfolio of international investment structures.

Based in the western part of Luxembourg, this department is composed of approximately twenty specialists working in a collaborative and multicultural environment. The firm delivers a broad range of corporate and fiduciary services to investment managers and institutional clients, providing exposure to sophisticated fund structures across multiple asset classes.

Your Responsibilities | Finance – Fiduciary – Accounting – Management - Funds

• You will oversee a portfolio of regulated and unregulated investment funds investing in asset classes such as Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Private Debt.
• You will supervise the delivery of fund administration services, ensuring high-quality work, compliance with internal procedures, and the timely completion of client deliverables.
• You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining long-term relationships while advising them on operational and administrative matters.
• You will coordinate with external stakeholders, including auditors, legal advisers, depositary banks, and other service providers involved in the lifecycle of the funds.
• You will review complex fund accounting matters and provide operational support whenever technical expertise is required within the team.
• You will contribute to governance matters, oversee compliance-related processes, and participate in the continuous improvement of internal procedures.
• You will coach and support members of your team, ensuring an efficient allocation of work and contributing to their professional development.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Finance – Fiduciary – Accounting – Management - Funds

• You have acquired at least 10 years of experience in Luxembourg within fund accounting or fund administration, including several years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• You possess strong knowledge of alternative investment structures and are comfortable working with Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt, or similar investment vehicles.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. French will be considered an additional advantage, particularly when interacting with local stakeholders.
• You combine excellent organisational abilities with a proactive mindset, allowing you to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.
• You are recognised for your leadership skills, your client-oriented approach, and your ability to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

• You will receive a gross annual salary of up to €120,000, depending on your experience, technical expertise, and leadership background.
