Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate – PFS - Fiduciary

• You will work on a client portfolio composed of SOPARFI, SPV and funds primarily.
• You will be responsible for the preparation and organization of board meetings.
• You will be in charge of filing the annual accounts on the Trade register as well as other procedures that arise between the constitution and liquidation (e.g. change of seat, capital increase and so on).
• You are the key person of contact for your clients and do not hesitate to adopt a proactive approach, allowing you to advise them correctly and in due time.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate – PFS - Fiduciary

• You possess at least 5 years of experience as Corporate Officer or Legal Officer within a financial service provider in Luxembourg (PSF, Fiduciary) or even an Asset Management Company.
• You are autonomous on your files from the constitution to the liquidation/dissolution.
• You are an English speaker who knows how to navigate international business environments. French will be considered an additional asset. 
• You would like to join a fiduciary that cares about offering a certain work/life balance, while also giving you the opportunity to follow trainings and evolve in your responsibilities and the hierarchy in time.

• Depending on your level of expertise and experience, your gross yearly salary can reach €90.000, plus meal vouchers.
