Your Responsibilities | Tax Manager – Fiduciary – Dutch Speaker - Luxembourg

• You will oversee the tax affairs of a diverse portfolio of investments, including SOPARFIs, holding companies and commercial entities.
• You will be responsible for the preparation and review of corporate tax returns and VAT returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements.
• You will review the work of junior team members, providing guidance and support while helping maintain high-quality standards across the team.
• You will work closely with external service providers to coordinate tax-related matters and ensure the smooth management of the portfolio.
• You will act as a key point of contact for auditors, accountants and corporate officers, maintaining effective communication and ensuring that relevant tax matters are properly addressed.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Tax Manager – Fiduciary – Dutch Speaker - Luxembourg

• You have at least 5 years of experience in Tax in Luxembourg, ideally gained within a Family Office, investment firm or PFS.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of additional languages would be considered an advantage.
• You are a proactive, well-organised and reliable professional, capable of managing your workload independently and prioritising tasks effectively.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and feel comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
