This client is an independent financial services provider with a solid presence in Luxembourg for over a decade. Specializing in corporate administration, fund structuring and financial management for a wide range of international clients, the firm supports asset managers, investors, and corporate groups seeking tailored solutions with a high level of compliance and professionalism.

With a local team of around twenty professionals, the Luxembourg office combines the advantages of a dynamic and human-sized structure with the standards and expectations of a highly regulated environment. The company fosters autonomy, transparency, and accountability, while encouraging continuous improvement and initiative.

In line with its sustained growth, the firm is now looking to strengthen its corporate governance team. This opportunity is ideal for a Corporate Officer with 3 years of experience, who seeks exposure to complex cross-border structures and who values a collaborative, ambitious, yet down-to-earth work culture.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate – Governance – Legal – Compliance

  • Preparing and reviewing board and shareholder resolutions, maintaining statutory registers, and handling official filings
  • Coordinating board and general meetings, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
  • Acting as a key point of contact for external stakeholders such as notaries, lawyers, banks, auditors, and regulators
  • Supporting the implementation of governance procedures and participating in internal process reviews and automation initiatives
  • Working closely with compliance, tax and accounting teams to ensure seamless client servicing and internal alignment

Profile and Career Path | Corporate – Governance – Legal – Compliance

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within a fiduciary, corporate services provider or financial institution in Luxembourg
  • You are fluent in English and French (written and spoken); any additional language (German, Dutch, Luxembourgish) is an asset
  • You demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities independently
  • You are proactive, client-focused, and enjoy being part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
  • You are familiar with Luxembourg corporate law and regulatory frameworks, and confident using standard legal tools and databases
