Your Responsibilities | Accountancy -  Fiduciary – International – PFS

• In this role as a Manager, you will review and evaluate the work of your team to ensure quality and consistency.
• You will be responsible for coordinating team members and managing a portfolio of diverse clients.
• Our partner expects you to ensure the profitability of your team's projects by effectively managing and controlling allocated budgets.
• You will train and mentor your team, fostering their skill development and contributing to their success, which will, in turn, demonstrate your success as a Manager.
• Represent our partner at external events, enhancing and promoting their services.
• In complex situations, you are expected to take the lead and find effective solutions for your clients.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Accountancy -  Fiduciary – International – PFS

• Our partner is seeking a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in External Audit in Luxembourg.
• For this role, fluency in German and English is mandatory. French will be considered an advantage.
• Given the managerial responsibilities of this role, our partner is looking for a candidate with strong communication and leadership skills.
• To be considered for this position, you should hold an Audit degree or a degree in a related field.
