Associate Banking & Finance – Human Sized Environment, Communication & Stability
We are currently supporting an international law firm in Luxembourg in its search for an Associate in Banking & Finance to strengthen its team.
The firm has been present on the Luxembourg market for several years and has developed a solid reputation, particularly in Banking & Finance, Corporate and transactional matters. It advises a diversified client base including financial institutions, investment structures and international groups.
The Banking & Finance team is composed of experienced lawyers, including partners and counsels, allowing for a structured organization and efficient handling of files while keeping a human sized environment. The team works in close collaboration, ensuring direct communication and a clear involvement on ongoing matters.
Within this environment, you will be able to work on financing transactions while progressively developing your autonomy, supported by more senior profiles when needed.
Your Responsibilities | Law Firm – Banking & Finance – Transactions - Avocats
- You will be involved in Banking & Finance transactions, assisting on financing operations from structuring to execution.
- You will draft and review finance and legal documentation, ensuring consistency and accuracy across the files.
- You will interact with clients, banks and counterparties, contributing to the smooth progression of transactions.
- You will be involved in ongoing matters within a team where collaboration and communication remain key.
Profile and Career Path | Law Firm – Banking & Finance – Transactions - Avocats
- You have at least 4 years of experience as a Banking & Finance Lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg.
- You have developed a solid understanding of financing transactions, allowing you to contribute to files with a good level of autonomy.
- You are fluent in English and in French allowing you to communicate smoothly with clients.
- You are motivated to integrate a growing practice, offering long-term stability and clear development perspectives.
