Our client is a well-established, human-sized fiduciary located in the north of Luxembourg, close to Troisvierges, currently looking to expand its team by welcoming a German-speaking Junior or Senior Accountant.

With over 20 years of experience in the Luxembourg market, the firm has built a strong reputation for stability and long-standing client relationships. Its portfolio mainly consists of Luxembourgish and Belgian companies, operating across a variety of sectors. Thanks to its in-depth expertise in cross-border Luxembourg-Belgium matters, the firm offers a diverse range of accounting assignments and the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of the profession.

Your Responsibilities | Accountant – German Speaker – Fiduciary - Troisvierges

• You will manage a portfolio of Luxembourgish and Belgian commercial companies, ensuring accurate accounting follow-up with a level of autonomy suited to your experience.
• You will handle the full accounting cycle, from recording daily transactions to preparing annual financial statements and the required reports.
• You will prepare and review VAT and tax returns, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg regulations and all relevant deadlines.
• You will carry out bank reconciliations, account monitoring and closing activities, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information.
• You will liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities and professional advisors, to ensure the smooth and efficient management of your clients’ files.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Accountant – German Speaker – Fiduciary - Troisvierges

• You have at least 2 years of accounting experience in Luxembourg, ideally gained within a fiduciary, accounting firm or a similar professional environment.
• You are comfortable handling the accounting of commercial companies and are keen to gradually strengthen your autonomy across your portfolio.
• You have a solid understanding of Luxembourg accounting requirements, including the preparation of annual financial statements and VAT and tax returns.
• You are fluent in German. A good command of French is a strong advantage for communicating with clients and collaborating with the team.
• You are organised, detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to manage several client files and deadlines efficiently.

• An attractive salary of up to €65,000 gross per year, depending on your experience, complemented by a benefits package including a company car leasing scheme and an annual bonus.
