Your profile
- Student in his/her last year of studies with a proven interest in corporate law
- Excellent knowledge of English and French, German would be an asset
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proactive, ability to take initiative and to work independently
- Excellent organisational and general communication skills
- Detail oriented, flexible and team-player
