Mission

You will join the team responsible for ICT risk supervision within the prudential supervision function for credit institutions.

Our objective is to introduce you to prudential supervision activities involving quantitative data analysis and to familiarize you more broadly with banking supervision functions. We aim to facilitate your integration into a professional working environment.

You will be supported by a dedicated professional tutor who will guide and advise you throughout your internship.

Role & responsibilities

• Contribute to various analyses related to ICT risk reports;
• Contribute to data analyses within the context of our ICT risk supervision of credit institutions;
• Contribute to the development of quantitative analysis tools to enable automation and harmonisation of ICT risk supervision.

Your profile

• Student in the final year of university studies aiming to obtain a Master 2 in finance, mathematics, or computer science;
• Strong interest in finance, the banking sector, ICT-related risks, and quantitative approaches;
• Very good written and spoken English; knowledge of common languages such as Luxembourgish, French, or German is an advantage;
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Knowledge of Python, as well as data analysis and visualisation, is an asset;
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills;
• Critical thinking, rigor, and strong organizational skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
