Junior Officer – Marketing & Communications (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)


Reporting to the Head of Business Development & Marketing, You will be part of a young, dynamic and multicultural team of 4.


This role offers exposure to the execution of both local and global initiatives, offering you a unique insight into the daily operations of a Business Development and Marketing team within an international law firm. This hands-on experience will allow you to develop strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills in a dynamic and multicultural environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the firm's digital communication channels, ensuring content remains accurate, up to date and aligned with CMS brand standards.
  • Coordinate and deliver internal and external communication campaigns, including newsletters, invitations, announcements and promotional communications.
  • Partner with lawyers and business services teams to support the delivery of the firm's marketing and communication activities. 
  • Coordinate the organisation of client and internal events, from planning through to execution and follow-up.
  • Manage the production and maintenance of marketing materials, presentations, brochures and other branded assets.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Ensure consistency, quality and compliance with CMS brand guidelines across all communication initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes and the firm's visibility across its target audiences.


Your Profile

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
  • A first professional experience in marketing, communications or professional services would be considered an asset.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of assigned projects.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite would be considered an advantage.
  • Fluent in English. French is highly desirable. Any additional language will be considered an asset.
