We are offering internships of 3 to 6 months throughout the year in all our practice areas:


  • Banking & finance
  • Corporate
  • Investment Funds
  • Tax


During your internship, your key responsibilities will include:


  • Conducting legal research;
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents;
  • Supporting lawyers on a daily basis on a variety of tasks and clients cases;
  • Contributing to knowledge management and sharing.

You will be deeply involved in teams and will work alongside experts who will coach you and provide you with valuable and constructive feedback.


About you:


Experience


  • You are currently preparing for a Master degree, degree in an English speaking country, a specialized Master's degree or a business management degree (HEC, ESCP, IEP, ESSEC, etc.);
  • Preliminary experience gained through internships within a law firm is a strong advantage;

 

Skills


  • Fluency in English and French is a must, German and/or Luxembourgish would be an asset;
  • An adaptable person who is eager to learn;
  • A team-player who can work effectively with colleagues at all levels;
  • Excellent legal analysis;
  • Proactive commercial approach;
  • Excellent communication skills, in particular confident to express yourself in ;
