AKD is a leading Benelux law firm, with over 500 dedicated attorneys, civil-law notaries, tax consultants, and staff across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. We are currently seeking a motivated intern to join our Litigation team in Luxembourg for a period of 3 to 6 months during the first or second semester of 2027.
Our Luxembourg Litigation department assists clients in resolving disputes across a wide range of areas including commercial, civil, and administrative law. The team represents clients before national and international courts and arbitration panels, and provides strategic advice on contentious matters.
As an intern, you will gain first-hand experience in the practice of litigation and work closely with highly experienced professionals.
Your tasks will include:
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategy and argumentation
- Assisting in the drafting of legal documents
- Contributing to internal updates on litigation trends and jurisprudence

Your profile:
- You are nearing the end of your Master’s degree or in Law, ideally with a focus on litigation, civil procedure, or dispute resolution
- You are curious to understand the practical aspects of litigation and courtroom advocacy
- You are available for a minimum of three months
- You are fluent in English and French (written and spoken); knowledge of another language is a plus
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools
