HISTORY

GIP mbH was founded in Frankfurt am Main in 2000 as a platform for project-related collaboration between freelancers. The initial aim was to create a structure that would network the partners with one another and thus be able to offer customers a broad portfolio of different services. The extremely successful development has prompted us to further consolidate and structure the initially rather loose organization. The result is a focused service provider that is networked in the market and has systematically developed into a highly specialized and customer-oriented problem solver in recent years.

On this basis, GIPSá rl was founded in 2018.

PHILOSOPHY

We only accept orders from subject areas that we can safely cover professionally. Our consultants have well-founded specialist theoretical training and further education and have both feet on the ground in practice. We value clear communication and when looking for suitable and practical solutions, we sometimes think outside the box. If a task requires it, we also think outside the box, without wanting to bang our heads against the wall. We are only satisfied when our customers are satisfied. We are cheap without being cheap. We keep what we promise.

CAREER

We are constantly looking for new colleagues for permanent employment or for freelance work in exciting and varied projects (primarily DA-CH region). Our consultants usually have adequate professional or project experience, but occasionally we also offer graduates an opportunity to join us.

Our customers operate both nationally and internationally, our clients range from medium-sized companies to Dax 30 companies.

We train our employees on an ongoing basis, we pay good money for honest and dedicated work and we give them plenty of scope for personal development and development.
