While the job market for young people in Luxembourg can sometimes seem challenging to navigate, the Unicareers fair connects thousands of young talents with the country’s leading companies every year.
This event is specifically designed for students and young professionals with up to five years of professional experience, regardless of their background or field of study. It is the perfect opportunity to explore the wide variety of careers available in Luxembourg and, above all, identify the companies recruiting.

A glimpse of the Unicareers fair
The Research & Development area gets a makeover!
For the very first time, the “PhD Career Day” organised by the University of Luxembourg will be integrated into the Unicareers fair. The Research & Development area is therefore expanding for this 12th edition.
Participants will have the chance to meet recruiters and discuss various positions available for PhD students, post-doctoral researchers and scientific researchers in Luxembourg.
This major new feature reflects Luxembourg’s strong investment in research and development. According to Eurostat, Luxembourg is the EU country that invests the most in this field. In 2024, the Grand Duchy invested €759.2 per inhabitant, nearly €200 more than Denmark, which ranks second in this European ranking.
Around ten companies offering opportunities in Research & Development, including LIH, will be present at the 2025 Unicareers fair
Practical information
To ensure everyone can attend, free shuttle buses will operate from several cities in Belgium, France and Germany to the fair. No excuses for missing this event!

The fair is free and open to all students and young graduates with up to five years of experience. However, to ensure a smooth day for all participants, a pre-selection process is in place, so registration is mandatory.
