TMC Luxembourg is looking for a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation, integration, and optimization of ERP and CRM systems, in addition to overseeing SQL-based reporting solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage all phases of ERP/CRM projects, from initial implementation through upgrades and system integrations.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, risk assessments, and budget tracking.
- Collaborate closely with IT, finance, business, and operations teams for efficient project delivery.
- Oversee ERP and CRM configuration, customization, and deployment to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to define and document system specifications and workflows.
- Drive initiatives for system improvements, ensuring ERP and CRM platforms evolve alongside business changes.
- Provide ongoing support, working closely with the ERP System Administrator to optimize system performance and implement updates as necessary.
- Lead the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of SQL-based reporting solutions and dashboards.
- Work with data analysts and departments to identify reporting needs and maintain data accuracy.
- Ensure SQL reporting solutions adhere to data governance, security standards, and performance best practices.
- Address and resolve data-related issues, including ETL (extract, transform, load) processes.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in project management, particularly in ERP/CRM and SQL reporting environments.
- Expertise in ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Workday, Salesforce), SQL, and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Competency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders, including clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong team management abilities, adaptable within multidisciplinary teams.
- English is essential.
- Familiarity with business functions such as finance, procurement, sales, logistics, production, and quality.
