TMC Luxembourg is looking for three Business Analyst (Customer Experience) to work together by joining the Reporting and Data Management Team of its client.


The responsibilities of the first role will be:

  • Contribute to the delivery of Finance and Liquidity reports through data analysis, process analysis, specifications clarification, documentation for development use, and testing. 
  • Perform business analyses related to the topic.
  • Participate in functional testing activities.


The responsibilities of the second role will be:

  • Assist the FRR service in conducting self-assessments of local and group liquidity regulatory reports.
  • Help the FRR team define and qualify their business requirements.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of liquidity regulatory reports by performing data quality assessments, process analysis, specifications clarification, documentation for development use, and testing as a member of the delivery team.
  • Conduct business analyses focused on regulatory customer classification, the new definition of operational relationships, and issues identified during the self-assessment, while also participating in functional testing, particularly for regulatory customer classification.


The responsibilities of the third role will be:

  • Contribute to the delivery of Lending and Credit Risk reports through data analysis, process analysis, specifications clarification, documentation for development use, and testing. 
  • Perform business analyses related to the topic.
  • Participate in functional testing activities.


The responsibilities of the fourth role will be: 

  • Participate to the delivery of QRM software & automate the market data retrieval into the banking system  
  • Aligne between management accounting and Market Risk Management department
  • Solve potential incidents related to the MRM  
  • Participate in the testing and creation of solutions    
  • Create documents of the MRM process   


Additionally, in these three roles, your main mission will be:

  • Attend the scrum meetings (stand up, refinement, review and retrospectives).
  • Maximize customer and business value while updating processes.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, availability costs revenue and process quality.
  • Make sure all suggestions for improvements are backed up by data.
  • Understand all your products and customers' experience to ensure updates.
  • Suggest & develop new standards & processes to help improve products and monitoring.
  • Develop & update current distribution practices that set market standards.
  • Develop and implement the customer journey strategy, engage with stakeholders, and establish product/service, process, and channel policies that align with external regulations, as well as risk and compliance standards.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of the banking sector is essential.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Finance Regulatory and Liquidity Reporting for the first and second role.
  • Familiarity with Credit Risk for the third role.
  • Strong analytical and judgment skills to identify, connect, and validate key information.
  • Ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders with diverse priorities.
  • A proactive and curious mindset.
  • Commit to continuous learning and improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer business and banking processes, enabling you to make data-driven decisions that enhance performance.
  • Experience working within an Agile framework, focusing on collaboration and team development.
  • French and English are mandatory (written and spoken).
