POSTE
As a Mandate Management Officer, you will play a central role in management and implementation of flagship mandates. Working closely with the Head of Unit, your responsibilities will span multiple product lines, providing broad organisational exposure.
You will contribute to the development, negotiation and implementation of the mandates.
Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of existing mandates, including by promoting initiatives that enhance deployment capacity and performance;
- Contribute to the design of new financial instruments targeting relevant policy objectives;
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g Front Office, Finance) to support them in effective deployment of the mandates;
- Act as a point of reference for internal services, providing advice on the interpretation of eligibility criteria, internal policies and the application of EU regulations;
- Build and maintain networks with relevant stakeholders
PROFIL
Qualifications
- Between 3 and 6 years of relevant experience in finance/banking or related areas, ideally with exposure to complex projects or frameworks.
- Ability to prepare analytical internal position papers and translate regulatory requirements into operational guidance.
- Knowledge of financial products is highly desirable.
Competencies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for business presentations and data analysis.
- Ability to analyse large quantities of business information in limited time to produce clear and concise executive summaries or memoranda.
- Proactivity, capability to work autonomously under given objectives and ability to organise own work effectively even under time pressure.
- Strong team spirit, cross-cultural communication skills, and experience engaging with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage.
This is an opportunity for a long-term temporary contract (initial 2-month contract + several extensions) to start asap.
Salary: depending on experience.
