Your Responsibilities
Â
- Contribute to identifying practical AI and automation use cases across different teams
- Assist in designing and experimenting with AI-driven workflows and automations
- Support the automation of repetitive operational and administrative tasks
- Help analyse emails, tenders, and RFPs using AI tools
- Participate in the creation of AI agents to support engineering, project, and operational teams
- Work with APIs and productivity tools to improve internal workflows
- Collaborate with different teams to understand their needs and challenges
- Ensure solutions follow BCE’s AI governance, security, and data protection principles
- Contribute to testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of AI initiatives

Your Profile
Â
- Currently studying (or recently graduated) in any field, with a strong interest in AI, technology, data, or digital innovation
- Passion for Artificial Intelligence, automation, and exploring how technology can improve daily work
- Curiosity about how tools like AI, Copilot, or automation platforms can be used in real-world situations
- Any familiarity with tools such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, APIs, scripting, or similar is a plus
- Experience with automation, low-code/no-code platforms, or programming is an advantage, but not required
- Curious, hands-on, and eager to learn by experimenting
- Pragmatic approach with an interest in solving real-life problems
- Good communication and listening skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and open to feedback
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
- Fluent in French with a good level of English, or Fluent in English, with French considered a strong asset
