Do you want to actively contribute to the organization of international trade shows and events, while supporting a global industrial group with multiple business units and markets worldwide?
We are looking for an Events & Tradeshow Marketing Trainee (M/F) to join our Group Marketing team.
Your main responsibilities
While supporting the marketing team in day-to-day activities, your primary focus will be on events and tradeshow marketing, including:
Events & Tradeshow Marketing (core focus)
Participate in the planning, coordination, and organization of international trade shows and events worldwide
Support retro-planning, timelines, and process setup for event organization across business units
Contribute to booth preparation: layout coordination, visuals, signage, and logistical elements
Assist in the standardization and improvement of internal event processes and tools
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (business units, sales, product managers) and external partners
Event promotion & communication
Support the promotion of events across multiple communication channels (digital, sales tools, internal communication, etc.)
Help prepare marketing and sales materials linked to events (presentations, brochures, visuals, etc.)
General marketing support
Assist the marketing team with various tasks depending on ongoing projects and priorities
Support coordination between marketing, sales, and other departments when needed.
Your profile
· University studies in Marketing, Communication, or Sales
· Strong interest in events, trade shows, and B2B marketing
· Fluent in English (mandatory)
· French and/or German is a strong plus
· Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
· Comfortable working in an international and industrial environment
· Good command of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
