Our client is a prominent international financial institution. To support their strategic funding initiatives, we are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive :

Mandate Management Officer

Role Overview : In this central role, you will act as a key project manager and coordinator for the development, negotiation, and implementation of flagship financial mandates. You will bridge the gap between strict regulatory frameworks (including EU regulations) and operational deployment, working closely with multiple internal departments to ensure these large-scale funding programs are successful.

Key Responsibilities

• Mandate Deployment: Support the rollout and optimization of existing mandates, promoting initiatives that enhance performance and deployment capacity.
• Product Design: Contribute to the creation and design of new financial instruments targeting specific policy objectives.
• Internal Advisory: Act as the primary point of reference for internal teams, providing expert advice on eligibility criteria, internal policies, and the practical application of EU regulations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments (such as Front Office and Finance) to support them in effectively deploying the funds.
• Networking: Build, maintain, and engage with a broad network of relevant stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

Required Experience & Technical Skills

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in finance, banking, or related areas, ideally with exposure to complex projects or frameworks.
• Financial Expertise: Solid understanding of financial products is highly desirable.
• Analytical Writing: Proven ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear operational guidance and prepare analytical internal position papers.
• IT Proficiency: Strong command of PowerPoint and Excel for business presentations and data analysis.
• Languages: Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory. Knowledge of other EU languages is a strong advantage.
