Facilities Site Coordinator (M/F/D)

For one of our client, a major industrial player based in Luxembourg, we are seeking a :

Facilities Site Coordinator (M/F/D)

Main purpose : support the ramp-up and expansion of a new pilot production and manufacturing line.

Context : You will act as the local, hands-on point of contact on-site to ensure smooth technical coordination and operational support until a permanent engineer joins the team later this year.

• Location: Luxembourg (Southern region)

 Main Responsibilities

• Site Coordination & Supervision: Maintain a daily on-site presence across the production halls to monitor infrastructure readiness, identify potential operational risks, and report them to management.
• Contractor Management: Coordinate daily activities with external contractors, organize site meetings, issue work permits, and verify the quality and safety compliance of completed works.
• Infrastructure & Utility Support: Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of critical technical systems (HVAC, electrical distribution, compressed air, gas distribution, and extraction systems).
• Project Follow-up: Track the progress of ongoing infrastructure upgrades, equipment installations, and utility connections, ensuring action lists and deadlines are respected.
• Operational & Vendor Support: Respond promptly to infrastructure requests from production teams, coordinate with suppliers for quotations and technical interventions, and manage preventive/corrective maintenance.

Required Profile

• Background: Technical degree/background in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in facility operations, industrial maintenance, or construction/site coordination.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of industrial technical systems (HVAC, electricity, utilities) and experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required (international environment).
• Preferred Assets: Previous experience with cleanrooms, advanced manufacturing facilities, equipment commissioning, or Health & Safety coordination is a strong plus.
