You play a key role within our structure by ensuring the daily satisfaction of our partners. By managing orders and building strong connections across our departments, you become a pillar of our collective success. Key responsibilities

• Manage and track customer orders with high precision to ensure fast and efficient processing.

• Coordinate actions smoothly with the Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams to streamline operations.

• Secure a maximum level of customer satisfaction by providing tailored, warm and professional answers to every request.

• Support overall customer service activities to maintain an outstanding and reliable service experience.

Qualifications

• Previous successful experience in a similar customer service representative or account management role.

• Strong practical knowledge of SAP software to successfully drive your daily missions.

• Mandatory fluency in English, with French language skills considered a valuable asset.

• Strong communication skills, natural empathy and a resolutely customer-centric mindset.

• Proven ability to work in a highly structured, organized and autonomous way within a team.
