Description
In this role, you will report to the Deputy CFO and your key responsibilities as Senior Financial Controller will include :
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Assist with financial planning, budgeting processes, and analyze financial statements to identify trends for senior leadership.
- Data Management: Manage the financial data framework for KPI reporting and ensure alignment between HR & Finance systems.
- Executive Support: Provide financial inputs and analysis for senior executives' presentations.
- Project Involvement: Participate in projects related to analysis, controls, and process optimization.
On top, you will support the Deputy CFO with the management of the Finance Team.
Profile
Your qualities as a successful Senior Financial Controller :
- Experience: Over 12 years in Financial Controlling or Accounting within the finance industry.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing a team of professionals.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of SAP as an advantage.
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, precision, and analytical abilities.
- Communication: Fluent in English and French, with excellent communication skills.
- Team Player: Collaborative, flexible, and solution-oriented.
