Cash Flow & Mandate Administration Officer (M/F/X)

Your missions:

• Manage administrative activities related to cash flows across various product lines
  
• Process drawdowns and repayments for Private Equity funds
  
• Handle guarantee calls and disbursement requests
  
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor liquidity positions
  
• Perform cash reconciliations with financial intermediaries
  
• Manage cash flow related administrative activities for mandates
  
• Process cash calls and repayments on behalf of mandators
  
• Review and reconcile cash movements and positions
  
• Support the administration of bank accounts and escrow accounts
  
• Ensure high-quality service delivery while adhering to internal procedures and deadlines
  

Your profile:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field, ideally at postgraduate level
  
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in financial administration, securities, mandate administration, finance, or audit
  
• Good understanding of financial products and cash flow management processes
  
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional EU languages is considered an asset
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  
• Methodical and disciplined approach combined with strong problem-solving abilities
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  
• Client-focused mindset with a strong commitment to quality
  
• Team player with a collaborative attitude
