Our job opportunity


Today, we are currently recruiting a Talent Sourcing Officer.


Vos responsabilités


*Candidate Sourcing and Attractiveness:

  • Contributing to the optimization of the sourcing strategy and employer branding in order to increase the number and quality of applications.

  • Ensuring the publication and distribution of job vacancies across various recruitment channels.

  • Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through different channels.

  • Ensuring the attractiveness and visibility of job advertisements (content and format) in compliance with regulations and company values.

  • Building and maintaining a talent pool for the current and future needs of the organization.


*Structuring the Recruitment Process in Coordination with the Recruitment Team:

  • Initiating requests for the drafting or updating of Job Descriptions with the relevant departments.

  • Controlling the consistency, quality, and relevance of Job Descriptions before publication.

  • Contributing to the structuring and standardization of recruitment practices.


*Pre-screening and Candidate Qualification:

  • Conducting the pre-screening of applications to identify profiles matching the job criteria.

  • Assessing candidates against the expected technical and behavioral competencies.

  • Establishing and proposing a shortlist of qualified candidates for interviews.


*Candidate Assessment Framework:

  • Implementing and administering candidate assessment tools, particularly personality tests and psychometric tools.

  • Analyzing and interpreting assessment results.

  • Presenting resultsto HR teams and hiring managers in order to supporting recruitment decisions.


*Interview Organization:

  • Organizing and scheduling interviews between the HR department and recruiting departments.

  • Ensuring smooth coordination of the recruitment process.


*Improvement of Recruitment Tool:

  • Proactively proposing improvements and optimizations to recruitment tools and methods.

  • Contributing to the evolution of candidate assessment practices and the professionalization of selection processes.

  • Participating in the implementation of structured assessment methods aimed at reducing subjective bias in recruitment decisions.


*Monitoring Recruitment Indicators in Coordination with the HR Administration Team:

  • Updating the recruitment tracking dashboard on a weekly basis (open positions, progress status, candidates in process, completed hires, etc.).

  • Producing and sharing recruitment performance indicators for HR and management reporting purposes.


*Other Responsibilities

  • Participating in the onboarding of new employees.

  • Participating in waste sorting and energy-saving initiatives by adopting responsible behavior.

The required profile


Education / Qualifications

University degree (Master’s level) in Psychology (Occupational Psychology, Social Psychology, or an equivalent field).

Experience

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in an executive search firm, recruitment agency, or similar environment, with proven expertise in sourcing, candidate assessment, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Experience in recruiting a wide range of profiles and supporting managers with their recruitment needs.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret psychometric test results in order to support recruitment decision-making.

Skills and knowledge required


*IT Tools

Mandatory:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Recruitment tools: Skeeled, testing tools.

  • Strong command of structured interviewing techniques and the STAR method for assessing candidates’ behavioral competencies.


*Languages

Mandatory:

  • French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)

  • English: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)


*Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the job

  • Excellent analytical and summarizing skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and rigor in recruitment follow-up.

  • Proactive mindset for improving sourcing strategies and the visibility of job advertisements.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with Hiring Managers and HR teams.

  • Service-oriented mindset and results-driven approach.
