Today, we are currently recruiting a Marketing & Communication Manager

Your responsibilities

*Your daily tasks

• Supervising and leading the Marketing and Communication team.

• Contributing to the development of the company’s communication and marketing strategy, as well as the planning of related activities.

• Participating in the preparation of the annual communication and marketing budgets.

• Establishing, developing and managing media relations, including press relations and media communications.

• Acting as the primary point of contact for national and international media.

• Responding to press enquiries and coordinating timely, accurate and consistent responses.

• Drafting and distributing press releases, official statements, press kits and other communication materials.

• Organising and coordinating press conferences, media visits and interviews.

• Supporting communications during operational disruptions, incidents and other critical situations.

• Coordinating closely with internal departments, management, airlines, authorities and external stakeholders.

• Planning, developing and implementing the company’s marketing campaigns, promotional activities and partnerships.

• Managing brand positioning and ensuring compliance with corporate identity guidelines.

• Managing the organisations’ website and social media channels.

• Planning, developing and implementing the company’s sponsorship activities across social, economic and marketing initiatives.

*Your other missions

• Contributing to the onboarding and integration of new employees.

• Promoting environmentally responsible practices by ensuring proper waste sorting and energy conservation.

• Actively contributing to the development of a strong Safety and Security culture by identifying and reporting potential risks, hazards, events and incidents to help prevent their occurrence or recurrence, in accordance with the principles of Just Culture.

The required profile

Studies / training

Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Experience

• 5–9 years of experience in marketing and communication.

Skills and knowledge required

Microsoft Office suite

*Languages

Mandatory:

• French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
