Our client, an Investment Fund company based in Luxembourg, is looking for its future Transaction Officer.

This will be a temporary contract of 2 months. Please note that this assignment may be extended, in accordance with Luxembourgish law, for a maximum duration of 1 year.

Your responsabilities :

  • Analyze transactions: review new deals, assess financial risks, and check alignment with policies and objectives.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders: work with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Prepare documentation: draft transaction requests and due diligence reports to get approvals.
  • Support negotiations: help with agreements, including legal paperwork.
  • Manage client relationships: ensure partners and financial institutions meet agreed objectives.
  • Promote services: participate in events, prepare presentations, and communicate offerings.
  • Develop products/mandates: collaborate with teams to improve financial products and strategies.
  • Gather and analyze data: collect relevant information for reports or presentations based on your area of focus.

Your profile :

  • You have 3+ years of experience in banking or financial consulting, ideally with client-facing work.
  • You are comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.
  • You have excellent English skills, both speaking and writing; other EU languages are a plus.
  • You can work independently, manage your time well, and meet objectives under pressure.
  • You communicate clearly, can explain complex info to non-specialists, and work well in teams.
  • You have project management skills and a collaborative mindset.
