Mandate Origination & Relationship Management Officer

Our client, an Investment Fund company based in Kirchberg, is looking for its future Mandate Origination & Relationship Management Officer.
This will be a temporary contract of 2 months. Please note that this assignment may be extended, in accordance with Luxembourgish law, for a maximum duration of 1 year.

Your responsabilities :
- Support the development and launch of a new pan-European scale-up initiative focused on innovation and growth
- Contribute to the deployment and monitoring of late-stage venture capital programmes
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, policymakers and institutional partners
- Coordinate activities with internal teams and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration
- Prepare presentations, briefings, notes and governance materials for internal and external audiences
- Support the preparation and review of legal documentation and related negotiations
- Conduct market research, financial analysis and monitor industry trends
- Provide regular updates and reporting on programme implementation and performance
Your profile :
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Law or a related field
- 3 to 6 years of relevant professional experience within venture capital, private equity, banking or the financial sector
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, including experience with financial analysis or modelling
- Experience working with stakeholders in an international and fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of investment activities and financial markets; knowledge of EU institutions is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages would be considered an advantage
Package :
- Monthly gross salary: €5207,46
- Leave: 26 days of annual leave + up to 17 public holidays
