Mandate Origination & Relationship Management Officer

Our client, an Investment Fund Company based in Luxembourg, is looking for its future Mandate Origination & Relationship Management Officer.

This will be a temporary contract of 2 months. Please note that this assignment may be extended, in accordance with Luxembourgish law, for a maximum duration of 1 year.

Your responsabilities :

• You support the coordination and project management of late-stage venture capital or scale-up initiatives.
• You help manage relationships with external stakeholders such as investors, policymakers, and institutional partners.
• You work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of project activities.
• You prepare written materials such as reports, presentations, briefings, and updates for decision-making or governance purposes.
• You contribute to the preparation and review of legal or contractual documentation when needed.
• You assist in monitoring the progress and performance of investment or funding initiatives.
• You conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decisions and programme development.
• You help ensure clear communication, accuracy, and consistency across all project-related deliverables.

Your profile :

• You have a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as finance, business, law, engineering, or similar.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in financial services, consulting, venture capital, or private equity environments.
• You understand investment-related environments and how financial or innovation funding programmes work.
• You are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
• You have strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• You are confident using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration platforms.
• You are analytical, structured, and able to interpret data or financial/market information.
• You are comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Package :

• Annual gross salary: 62 488 € (paid over 12 months)
• Leave: 26 days of annual leave + up to 17 public holidays
