Our client, an Investment Fund company based in Kirchberg, is looking for its future KYC On-boarding Officer.
This will be a temporary contract of 2 months. Please note that this assignment may be extended, in accordance with Luxembourgish law, for a maximum duration of 1 year.

Your responsabilities :
- Support onboarding and compliance activities through the OMEGA platform following its recent implementation
- Conduct KYC and due diligence reviews to ensure all regulatory and internal requirements are met
- Manage and follow up on alerts generated by integrity and screening tools within OMEGA
- Assist internal stakeholders with questions related to OMEGA workflows, onboarding steps, and required documentation
- Contribute to the stabilisation and optimisation of operations during the transition phase after the OMEGA go-live
- Help manage increased onboarding volumes and operational backlogs linked to the new processes
- Escalate operational or system-related issues to the relevant project or support teams when necessary
Your profile :
- You have previous experience in KYC, AML, compliance, or onboarding activities within banking or financial services
- You hold a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- You are familiar with regulatory and Anti-Money Laundering requirements
- You have at least 3 to 8 years of experience working with compliance or screening databases and tools.
- You are comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
- Experience with OMEGA, eFront, World-Check, or Dow Jones tools would be considered an advantage
- You have excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus
- You are analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Package :
- Annual gross salary: €62,489.57 (paid over 12 months)
- Leave: 26 days of annual leave + up to 17 public holidays
