Our client, a European bank, based in Kirchberg, is looking for a Administrative Assistant to join its Legal Directorate department. This will be a 2-months interim contract that may be extended in accordance with Luxembourgish law, for a maximum duration of 1 year.

Your responsabilities :
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of legal and operational professionals throughout the different stages of ongoing projects.
- Assist with the preparation, formatting and finalisation of a wide range of legal and contractual documents.
- Coordinate the signature process, monitor outstanding actions and liaise with internal stakeholders and external counterparts to ensure documents are completed on time.
- Handle the appropriate notification, filing and electronic archiving of signed documentation while maintaining accurate and well-organised records.
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars and support the team with day-to-day organisational activities.
- Carry out detailed proofreading and formatting checks on legal documentation, ensuring a high level of accuracy and consistency.
- Work collaboratively with other administrative assistants and contribute to the smooth running of the team.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining confidentiality, reliability and attention to detail.
Your profile :
- Secondary education complemented by a relevant two-year qualification, or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in an administrative, secretarial or legal support role.
- Previous experience within a law firm, legal department, corporate environment or similar professional setting would be considered an advantage.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Good knowledge of Acrobat and electronic document management systems; experience with electronic archiving or reporting tools would be an asset.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines without compromising accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling and reviewing formal documentation.
- Collaborative and adaptable mindset, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professionalism, discretion and integrity when dealing with confidential information.
- A proactive approach and the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver reliable results.
Package :
- Salary : €22.16 gross hourly
- 26 annual leave + up to 17 days bank holidays
