Our client, a European Bank based in Kirchberg, is looking for its future Administrative Assistant for their Group Risk & Compliance Department. This will be a temporary contract of 2 months. Please note that this assignment may be extended in accordance with Luxembourgish law, for a maximum duration of 1 year.

Your responsabilities :
- Provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to teams within a Risk and Compliance environment.
- Manage daily administrative workflows, including correspondence, document circulation, filing systems, shared calendars and distribution lists.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and internal events, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
- Prepare, format and review professional documents, presentations, reports and internal communications.
- Support the preparation and circulation of management and governance documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain electronic document repositories and ensure relevant correspondence and documentation are properly filed and archived.
- Monitor the quality, completeness and consistency of information recorded in internal systems.
- Provide administrative guidance to colleagues and support the consistent application of internal procedures.
- Work closely with other administrative support colleagues and provide operational cover when required.
- Contribute to the improvement and optimisation of administrative processes and working methods.
- Coordinate visits involving internal and external stakeholders, including access arrangements and meeting logistics.
- Provide logistical support for business travel and missions, including travel arrangements, expense documentation and follow-up actions.
- Support the organisation of conferences, training sessions and other professional activities.
Your profile :
- Completed secondary education, ideally complemented by a relevant two-year qualification in administration, business, communication or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a senior administrative or support position.
- Previous experience in an international, financial, corporate or similarly structured environment would be an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, including when working under pressure.
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at different levels.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience with document management, electronic filing, reporting or corporate information systems is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of English and/or French, with a good command of the other language.
- Knowledge of additional European languages is considered an asset.
- Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented approach to administrative work.
