Junior Radar System Integration Engineer (m/f)
Located in Bissen / Luxembourg
Your responsibilities would include:
- ​​Consolidating and improving existing and new radar implementations with a focus on subsystems-system impact
- Assisting in analyzing and identifying radar subsystem weaknesses and performance
- Active participation in the HW configuration, algo / SW development and embedding process
- Developing quality reporting and maintaining clear documentation of implementations and updates
- Taking part in action-plan definition
- Implementing and verifying technical improvements
- Conducting simulations and testing to validate changes
- Assisting in the integration, debugging and control of radar platforms
- Developing and executing HW/SW test scenarios, supporting design verification
- Elaborating algorithm test scenarios, contributing to system validation
You would need to meet the following requirements:
- ​Academic degree in Electronics, Signal Processing, Telecom, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent
- Experience working with state-of-the-art radar technology
- Experience in radar signal processing and its integration in embedded software
- Good know-how in MATLAB and Simulink. Model-Based Design and auto code generation are assets
- Basic understanding of embedded systems and SoC technology. Experience with SoC management and control is an asset
- Basic understanding of RF/microwave architectural design and electronics systems
- Ability to analyze complex HW/SW issues
- Good technical documentation skills
- Strong team player with excellent self-organization and communication skills
- C/C++, DOORS and version control software
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), German and/or French are considered strong assets
