Your role
As General Manager, you are responsible for the overall performance of the venue, both operationally and financially.
Your main responsibilities include:
Oversee daily operations across all functions: service, purchasing, staffing, cost control and supplier management
Lead, structure and develop a large, multicultural team with high standards and strong engagement
Drive overall performance: monitor KPIs, manage budgets, control costs and ensure profitability (GOP)
Ensure a consistent, high-level guest experience across all service periods, from lunch to late-night
Coordinate and oversee key events, ensuring flawless execution and premium positioning
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, HR, finance) to align operations with group strategy
Contribute to the venue’s visibility and positioning, including social media direction in collaboration with the marketing team
Ensure full compliance with hygiene, health and safety regulations
Your profile
Significant experience in a similar leadership role, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong operational expertise combined with solid financial understanding
Proven ability to lead and structure large teams
Comfortable in demanding, high-expectation environments
Clear leadership style: hands-on, structured and solution-oriented
Fluent in English; additional languages (French, German or Luxembourgish) are a plus
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
