In order to strengthen our "Functional Buildings" department, we are looking for a Construction manager in MEP Engineering to join us immediately
Profile and skills
- Higher education in construction (BAC +3 to BAC +5);
- Significant experience in a similar function of at least 5 years;
- Knowledge of special techniques (HVAC, sanitation, MV, LV and CF electricity) is essential;
- Knowledge of French, German and Luxembourgish is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of IT tools (Office, MS Project, Autocad);
- Rigorous, dynamic, a leader, able to show initiative, excellent organisational and relational skills.
Mission
- Operational management of construction sites:
- Planning, organising and coordinating of MEP Engineering work with the completion;
- Definition and management of human and technical requirements / resources;
- Follow-up and control of the execution of the work.
- In collaboration with the project manager:
- Ensure the administrative, financial and qualitative follow-up of the construction sites.
