... ils s'unissent pour créer une nouvelle dynamique, un acteur unique réunissant en une même entité, toutes les techniques du bâtiment, afin d'offrir toujours un meilleur service.
Deux entreprises familiales, Sanichaufer et Electro Security, leaders respectifs sur leurs marchés, partageant la même vison et les mêmes valeurs, ont décidé de fusionner leurs activités en 2017 pour créer une société offrant du sanitaire, de la climatisation/ventilation, de la domotique, et une gamme complète de produits et services dans les domaines du chauffage, sécurité, de l’électricité, des réseaux IP et de la téléphonie.
Genista est née sous le signe de la complémentarité de deux entreprises dont l’histoire de plus de 60 ans en dit long et qui exercent des métiers différents devenant de plus en plus complémentaires grâce au développement des nouvelles technologies. Cette fusion constitue une première sur le marché des techniques du bâtiment et Genista continuera de viser les clients tant professionnels que privés, proposant une solution globale dans les appels d’offres.
Genista emploie plus de 350 personnes et sert plus de 5000 clients depuis son nouveau siège à Fentange.
Genista s’inscrit dans la parfaite tradition de ses sociétés-mères et devient un important acteur luxembourgeois en termes de capital et de management sur le marché de la construction. La croissance de la taille de l’entreprise et le renforcement du capital assureront la pérennité de Genista dans le futur.
