To be able to best serve its clients, GH interim has opened two agencies in Luxembourg (Wiltz and Luxembourg). GH interim works with candidates from Germany, Belgium, France and of course Luxembourg.
We are looking for : Project Manufacturing Engineer (f/m/x) for a company based in Grevenmacher.
Role:
• In cooperation with cross-functional teams and other departments, develop manufacturing plans for new products • Responsible for development projects’ manufacturing engineering deliverables during concept, development, realization, validation, and launch phase • Ensure compliance with safety rules, capital investment, direct labor, machine rate/cycle time, capabilities/repeatability targets, and scrap assumptions established during the project • Work with the Engineering team to execute and deliver projects within approved timelines and budget • Define or participate in production equipment definition (specification documents and book of duty) following Webasto Standards and lessons learned • Coordinate or participate in equipment acceptance activities with cross-functional teams and other departments • Analyze internal/external customer requirements and define risks to project activities • Participate in PFMEA activities and report analysis to the project team • Develop or propose new ideas or solutions for equipment and tooling
PERMANENT POSITION
Profile
• Successfully completed Master’s degree in Engineering or in a related field • More than 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering within the automotive/manufacturing market • Working knowledge of vehicle system-level components and functions • Solid understanding of engineering financials (Cap-Ex Planning and equipment costing) and project timelines • Knowledge in the application of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DOE, 5S, Poka-yoke • Knowledge of Autocad • Fluency in English is mandatory; German or French is considered an advantage • Ability to analyze and prioritize • Good organizational and communication skills • International and local travel
