We are currently looking for a European Technical Administration – Back Office Support (H/F/X) for one of our clients in Contern.
Your tasks:
Support the team with the international product warranty registration process
Provide administrative assistance
Verify warranty data
Update data in the ERP system (JDE)
Collect and register documents in coordination with the European subsidiaries
Maintain and update the filing system

Your Profile:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
