Your tasks
- You develop and align process architecture, model processes, and ensure that processes are existing and up to date
- You are responsible of the development and maintenance of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program
- You assist in the management and compliance with data protection policies
- You support risk assessments, business impact analyses, and data protection impact assessments
- You implement End2End Process Performance and Process Mining (based on business requirements) striving for operational efficiency and improved customer service
- You run process analytics with relevant stakeholders to detect operational weaknesses, risks, and optimization opportunities
- You propose solutions to improve process performance – assess solutions in technical, financial, and operational fit to Enovos’ strategy and align it to the process architecture
- You support the operations in process modelling, documentation, optimization, and harmonization
- You manage and/or coordinate the implementation and align with other teams
- You define meaningful performance indicators
- You coordinate the setup of an automated measuring system of all indicators in corresponding applications
- You implement measures to ensure data availability and quality
- You monitor the performance indicators and establish regular End2End performance reports with relevant stakeholders
Your profile
- You hold a master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field
- You have a minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar function or in the energy domain
- You are familiar with BCM and GDPR standards
- You have experience in supporting BCM programs and data protection activities
- Relevant certifications in business continuity management and data protection are beneficial
- Understanding of the energy industry and its specific risks, challenges, and data protection requirements is beneficial
- You are result-oriented, and customer focused
- You have strong analytical and communication skills, and you can identify problems and think solution-orientated
- You have proficient verbal and written communication skills in English, French and German
