Your tasks
Business leadership
- You analyse the market to identify growth opportunities aligned with the Group’s renewable energy strategy
- You identify new business opportunities and conduct risk assessments to evaluate feasibility and profitability
- You establish and manage strategic partnerships with stakeholders including industrial and commercial customers, local communities and public authorities
Innovation
- You collaborate cross-functionally with the Group’s teams to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs and enhance market competitiveness
- You work with project teams and external suppliers to build strong value propositions and enhance product positioning
Project and Business Development
- You capture new project opportunities, create customized technical offers, and negotiate commercial agreements and project-related contracts
- You conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- You maintain accurate documentation of all business development activities and provide regular reports to senior management on project status, market conditions and strategic initiatives
Your profile
- You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field
- You have a minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar function or in the energy domain
- You have strong business acumen, and you can identify problems and think solution-orientated
- You have strong communications skills and are customer-oriented
- You take initiatives, have effective negotiation skills and show entrepreneurship
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French and German. Luxembourgish is considered an asset
