Finance Transformation Expert (m/f/n)

Your mission
- Develop and drive the Finance & Procurement transformation roadmap aligned with Creos’ strategic and regulatory priorities.
- Analyse and optimize finance and procurement processes, systems, and data flows to improve efficiency, standardization, and automation.
- Lead end-to-end transformation projects, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and post-implementation review.
- Coordinate the implementation and enhancement of finance and procurement digital solutions (ERP, reporting, procurement platforms) in close collaboration with IT and business teams.Â
- Perform financial, cost, and spend analyses to support budgeting, forecasting, sourcing decisions, and performance management.Â
- Ensure transformation initiatives comply with governance, internal control, audit, and regulatory requirements while supporting change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.Â
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in finance or finance transformation, experience in procurement transformation, project management or consulting roles would be considered an asset.Â
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.Â
- Strong knowledge of finance and procurement processes, including budgeting, controlling, sourcing, purchasing, and reporting.Â
- Experience with ERP and digital finance/procurement solutions (e.g. SAP, Power BI, procurement platforms).Â
- Proven project management and stakeholder management skills in complex and cross-functional environments.Â
- Good understanding of governance, compliance, internal controls, and audit requirements.Â
- Strong communication, coordination, and change management capabilities.Â
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style with a continuous improvement mindset.Â
- Fluent in English, German and/or French, Luxembourgish would be considered an asset.
