Intern (m/f) at On-site Inspections of investment fund managers – AML/CFT (m/f)

Mission

You will join the service responsible for conducting on-site inspections of investment fund managers.

Our goal is to introduce you to prudential supervision roles, the world of investment funds, audit and inspection techniques, as well as to familiarize you with control functions more broadly. We aim to support your integration into a professional environment.

You will be supported by a dedicated professional mentor who will guide and advise you throughout your internship.

Role & responsibilities

• Within a specialized team conducting on-site inspections of investment fund managers, you will participate in inspections related to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CFT).
• In this context, you will contribute to the inspection preparation, attend meetings with controlled entities, and document the results of the inspection work.

Your profile

• Student in the final year of university studies leading to a Master 2 degree in economics, law, finance, management, etc. ;
• Strong interest in finance and audit and inspection techniques ;
• Excellent written and oral proficiency in French, English, German, and Luxembourgish ;
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ;
• Strong writing, analysis, synthesis, and communication skills ;
• Critical thinking, rigor, and organizational skills ;
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
