Mechanic (Junior) Engine Shop

Task Responsibilities:

Repair / overhaul / modification of engine and engine components in the shop.

• Accomplish installation and removal of engine components on RR and GE engines
• Initiate ordering of parts and supplies
• Maintain and operate shop tooling/ equipment according to his/her approval and training received on same.
• Provide verbal/ written hand over to team members and superiors

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum CATP/ DAP or equivalent
• Minimum 1y experience in engine maintenance or similar
• Good understanding of schematics. drawings, manuals, and working procedures
• Mature attitude, ability to work independently
• Good computer knowledge: MS Office
• English written and spoken

Working Conditions:

• full time position, based in Luxembourg
• regular and full-time presence required, vacations and other absences to be planned well in advance
• occasionally may be asked to work outside his normal working schedule, but still within Luxembourg law and collective work agreement regulations.
• occasional travel may be required and remunerated in accordance with collective work agreement
