Role Overview
The IT Integrator is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, stability, and continuous evolution of the applications within their scope. Acting as a key interface between business, technical, and risk teams, they ensure that application services meet business needs while complying with regulatory, security, and performance requirements.
Main Responsibilities
1. Application Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of applications (enhancement, maintenance, optimization).
- Manage updates, patches, and both functional and technical improvements.
- Supervise application changes, including version management, testing phases, and production releases.
- Maintain up-to-date functional and technical documentation.
2. Analysis, Support & Incident Management
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve application incidents.
- Coordinate corrective actions with internal teams and external providers.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and user support.
3. Business Requirements & User Support
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and user requirements.
- Support users in adopting and evolving application solutions.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives, etc.).
4. Compliance, Security & Risk Management
- Ensure applications comply with internal security policies and standards.
- Guarantee alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR).
- Participate in audits and risk assessments.
5. Project Support (with Product Manager & Lead Engineer)
- Support project execution by coordinating technical tasks and phases.
- Facilitate dependencies across IT stakeholders involved in projects.
6. Product & Regulatory Evolution
- Contribute to the implementation of regulatory changes and product evolutions.
- Perform technical analyses to integrate new tools within the application ecosystem.
Technical & Functional Skills
Techno-Functional Bridging
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Capacity to challenge both business assumptions and technical designs.
- Strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategy and regulatory expectations.
Integration & Architecture
- Experience with core systems, APIs, interfaces, and data flows.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across interconnected systems.
Problem Solving & Analysis
- Skilled in incident management and root cause analysis.
- Ability to resolve complex issues in multi-system environments.
Documentation & Modelling
- Ability to produce process flows, system interaction diagrams, and architecture documentation.
Technical Knowledge (Nice to Have)
- Languages / Frameworks: SQL, Java EE / JDBC, REST APIs, Spring Boot, Spring Batch
- Tools: IntelliJ
- Databases: Oracle, DB2
- Operating Systems: AIX, Linux, Windows
- Versioning & Build: Git, Maven
- CI/CD: Jenkins, Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of ITSM tools (incident & change management).
- Strong understanding of application architecture and end-to-end data flows.

Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development.
